Thank
you for your purchase. Since you have the program already, all you
need to do is unlock the program.
After
you receive a product ID via email:
- Start your CCNA
CertSim Demo program by clicking on your desktop icon
- When
the program comes up, click Install License
- Click
Web Install
- Enter
your product ID and click OK. (So there are no data entry errors
you might want to copy the product ID from your email and paste it
in).
Updating
Your Program
- You
must have your CCNA CertSim demo program loaded on your hard drive.
- Make
sure you have unlocked your program with the 16 character product
id that we email to you.
- Your
Sybex demo program is in the folder RouterSim\CCNACertDemo.
- Download
the latest program update.
- Important - When you run the install program it will want to put the updated program
in RouterSim/CCNACert. You need to click on the Browse Button and change
the current path (RouterSim\CCNACert) to RouterSim\CCNACertDemo instead.
You will be overwriting your original demo program.
The update program
initially wants to install the program into RouterSim/CCNACert:
Click the Browse button to change the installation path:
Change the install
path from C:\RouterSim\CCNACert to C:\RouterSim\CCNACertDemo:
